Edgewater Beach Resort     Williams Golf Villa Rental 

Once you have made your final payment on your stay (14 days prior to check in), we will then issue your parking passes,  2 keys and last minute information via mail directly to you.  For Last Minute Deals, these can be overnighted.  When you arrive in PCB you are permitted to go directly to the unit.  Please be sure the parking passes are visible at all times.  There is no need to go by the front desk or check in.   The Resort bracelets are located inside the unit.  Please be sure to wear these at all times you are within the resort.   

Typically, two parking passes will be issued.  However, if you have more than 2 vehicles in your part additional passes can be issued.

The unit is approximately 1250 sq ft.  It consists of 2br/2ba, full kitchen, computer desk and queen size pull out sofa bed.  It will easily sleep 8 adults.  It also has plenty of closet space.

Villa 3108 is located across the street from the beach, within Edgewater.  We can tell you from personal experience that the beach is quick 4-5 minute stroll from the front door.  The 3100 building is located towards the front of the resort property.  The pedastrian walk over bridge can actually be seen out the back balcony.  Feel free to check out the site map at www.edgewaterbeachresort.com.  Also, if you dont feel like walking the resort provides a FREE tram service.  The "tram stop" is located right outside the front door.       

Yes.  Located 50ft outside the front door is one of the resort pools.  This pool only serves 3 buildings so it is typically quiet and less crowded.   

While we hope there is never a need of this nature, the reality is from time to time things happen.  Not to worry.  Simply call me directly at the numbers provided in your final packet and I will contact my maintenance contractor to come out and access the situation.  Maintenance services will NOT be charged to the guest unless the guest is at fault for the damages.  I.e. broken glass, electronics etc.    

All linens (sheets and towels) will be provided except for BEACH TOWELS.  Feel free to bring what ever you feel necessary however everything is provided except BEACH TOWELS.   

Yes.  Edgewater provides wireless Internet access.  The wireless provider charges a fee for this service.  Fees are based on weekly or daily access.  PLEASE NOTE- the unit DOES NOT have a computer.  You will need to bring a laptop.  The laptop will need to be equipped with a wireless device.  If you don't have one, the resort will loan you one for your stay.    

Check in time is typically 4pm central time and check out time is 10am central time. 

No.  Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.  However, you can use either of the 2 balcony's to smoke.  If it is determined that smoking has occurred in the unit, the guest will be charged to have the unit de-odorized to remove the "smoke" smell.      

Minimum age to rent is 25.
