Our Villa is located within the world famous Edgewater Beach Resort (EBR). EBR is located in the heart of Panama City Beach (PCB), Florida. It's location is convenient to everything PCB has to offer. Golf Villa 3108 is a 2BR/2BA unit located on the 2nd floor of the 3100 building. To view a sitemap of the entire resort visit www.edgewaterbeachresort.com. This unit will easily sleep 8 guests with the queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds. It's location is ideal to enjoy all the amenities EBR has to offer, while being "tucked" away in a secluded part of the resort. The beach, golf, tennis and other amenities within EBR are a short 4 minute stroll. Dont feel like walking? EBR provides a free resort tram service during daytime hours. The tram stop is right outside the front door! Located within 100ft of the front door, is 1 of the 11 resort pools. This unit has recently been updated to include new paint, carpet, furniture, bedding, fixtures and kitchen cabinets. 3108 overlooks the 1st hole green and a lagoon with fish and turtles.
